OUR FOUNDER

Mabel Lajes-Guiteras brings over 25 years of experience as an educational leader, having served as a teacher, founding principal, network advisor, funder, and strategic consultant. Her unique perspective, gained from both leading schools and designing support systems for educational networks, enables her to understand challenges from multiple stakeholder perspectives.

With experience spanning diverse contexts, Mabel combines operational and academic expertise with strategic vision, always through a lens of collaborative, people-centered leadership.
